nintendo consoleI know a few individuals who are using their Wii Nintendo console for the purpose of working out and exercising. My two nieces use their Wii Nintendo console for this purpose. So do two friends of mine named Mandy and Julie. All of the people I have mentioned live in my home town which is in the north of England.  This town, which is called South Shields, is economically depressed and has been since the 1980s. Because of this there are not many facilities in the town for people who want to get some exercise.  Therefore it is not difficult for me to understand why some of my friends and relatives are using a Wii Nintendo console to get their exercise. It seems to be that exercising on a Wii Nintendo console is an excellent option for people who live in areas that do not have a sports center or a decent place for recreation.  If I were still living in South Shields I would probably have a Wii Nintendo console of my own because exercise is important to me.
