video game consoleI have a problem with killing time by myself. It is not that I need to always be chatting it up with someone but sitting in an empty apartment to my own devices gets old really quick. I would much rather be in an environment with signs of life even if that means sitting on a city bench watching people pass by. One of the best devices to kill at home boredom has been the video game console for me. It is hard enough to find something worth watching on TV but when the video game console comes on there is always entertainment.

Playing solo is fun but the ultimate way to feel human interaction is online. Last night, I didn’t even have my mic on but listening to the stories of other people playing was more then enough entertainment not even counting video game console play. There were two guys trading “Yo Momma” jokes in high spirits which was making all of us listening laugh in between matches. These guys must have memorized these jokes because they were non-stop. One was, “Yo momma is so fat when she walks backwards a beeping sound warns people behind.” Classic video game console trash talk.
