My Nintendo Console Is Also My Gym |

I would never have imagined the day that I bought my new Nintendo console that it would be an integral part of my fitness routine. In fact, I would have laughed at anyone who would have suggested that I could be able to lose weight and gain strength just by playing my Nintendo console.
Actually, it wasn't all my idea. A friend of mine had a Nintendo Wii video game console with a few games like Wii Sports and Wii Fitness. The first time I played these games I was pretty much hooked. It was pretty cool that you could manipulate what was going on in the game by just moving your body with the control.
Three weeks after I played the game over at my friends house I finally purchased my own Nintendo console and games. Ever since then I have been completely lost in this world of Wii. I even spent some time and created my own Wii Me. This is a small character that represents you on the screen. It is actually quite funny.
After a few weeks I began searching the Internet for some new games for my new Nintendo console. The site I found myself at, Northern Lites, contained quite a few different video game console accessories and games. The site, which is located at www.northernlites.biz also had some Nintendo Wii games. The site had some great organization and structure to it so finding what I wanted very easy. One of the games, Majesco Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009, looked like it was a lot like the Wii games I had already played. However, the description said it was a fun and entertaining way to get fit. Not really thinking it would work, I bought it.
Since then I am hooked! Instead of going to the gym now, I simply play a game on my Nintendo console. The game itself is very tough and contains some great routines that burns calories and build up my strength. I never would have dreamed that when I bought my new Nintendo console I would be actually healthier several months after. Buying from Northern Lites was such an easy process that I buy all of my Nintendo console accessories there now. Also I know a couple of people who are interested in getting back into shape so I bookmarked the site and will be going back soon to do some Christmas shopping. Tis the season! |
