There are some great games that will never die; games that will always withstand the tests of time forever and ever. And thank goodness that even when certain video game consoles go out of style, never to be made again, their infamous characters live on. Indeed this is the case with the newest Sonic video game that is currently out for all of the major video game consoles that you can get your hands on today. This game is really exciting and very much fun to play, especially on the next generation and very advanced video game consoles of today my friends!
And SONIC JUST PLAIN ROCKS!
If you have never played Sonic on the original Sega video game console, it was a great game, similar to the Mario games for the Nintendo consoles. You basically are a blue and peppy hedgehog with a best friend – a fox named Tails – that you go on missions with to destroy evil robots that a mastermind created to ruin your cartoon world. The missions are a bit amplified in the newer games for the current video game consoles, but you will quickly find that Sonic is as blue and as awesome as he ever was! Now the boards are in three dimensions, and you will run, duck, jump, dive, attack and collect rings and chaos emeralds like you never have before. It may take some time to get used to the in-your’s-face three dimensional formats of the newer games. But once you do, you will find that you are so hooked on playing Sonic, that it is hard to put these awesome, newer versions down!
I have always been a big time fan of Sonic the Hedgehog video games, which were first brought to life brilliantly on the awesome Sega Genesis video game console. These days, Sega has veered from making video game consoles and has instead shifted their focus just to making software. The really cool thing about this is that you can now enjoy playing trademark games that used to be only available on the Sega video game consoles on nearly any console that you can think of that is out currently.
