 Nobody chooses a Nintendo console for the graphics. People who want superior graphics tend to choose another seventh generation video game console. However if you have young children at home I would actually recommend that you purchase a Nintendo console despite the inferior graphics. There is more to a video game console than the quality of the images. The Wii Nintendo console is ideal for young families because it offers good old fashioned fun and healthy competition. The Wii Nintendo console is also more interactive and innovative than other systems. The controls are easy to use and the motion sensing makes you feel like you are actually part of the game you are playing. What’s more the Wii is cheaper than the Xbox 360 or the Playstation 3. The Wii is not the best video game console for hardcore gamers. That is why Nintendo never intended for the Wii to compete against the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360. The Wii is meant for families and groups of friends rather than serious gaming enthusiasts who spend hours every day trying to finish their latest game.
