home theater systemOur home theater system truly gets a workout every day, so much so that it's on almost all the time, especially during the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter, whose grip is on us right now. This morning I was cleaning the kitchen before going to work and started watching a segment on Martha Stewart about how chocolate is made. It was fascinating and I decided I want a new career as a chocolate taster. None of the people from the chocolate factory seemed reluctant to test the chocolate and as much as I love chocolate, that's a job from which I would probably hate to retire.

There is so much to learn in life and one of the best ways we do it around our house is to get DVD sets from the library to watch on our home theater system. My favorites are the science ones or cooking episodes. I'm a pretty good cook and watching the pros on our home theater system does teach me a few new skills and gives me recipe ideas, too. The next time I go to the library, I'll see what they have for DVD sets that combine the fun of cooking with the science behind the products, too, so we can learn and be entertained on our home theater system.
