video game console, nintendo ds lite It wasn’t so long ago when playing a video game console with a couple friends at home was the only way to experience multiplayer. Now it is not uncommon to sign on and begin playing with international gamers. For whatever reason, over the past couple weeks I have been playing with a lot of Australians online. Past their obvious accents, it always seems like Aussies have clan tags that read either “Aus” or “Auz”. The video game console of today has really turned into more then that. From the big three systems to the portable like a Nintendo DS Lite all have web capability, some kind of camera accessories, social networking features and  more.

I was really impressed by the recent Xbox 360 update seen in the video above. With some social networking additions, I am getting the most joy out of the radio stations now available online. I have found some seriously awesome new artists and tracks from this service. It even allows me to rate favorites and then manage those favorite or add more online, from any computer. There is no stopping video game console progression.
